When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details and contact information (such as your name, email address, and billing address) and shares the order details we need with us, such as your email address and what you purchased. We never see or store your full card number.
If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
The Materials use your browser’s local storage on your own device to remember when your access window started and to save your place in the timed exam. This stays on your device. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on these pages.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe for payments and our email and hosting providers, and only as needed for those services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may send your IP address to Google when a page loads. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.
We keep order and support records for as long as needed for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Data in your browser’s local storage stays on your device until you clear it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@examreal.net. We will respond as the law requires. Some records, such as payment and tax records, we must keep.
ExamReal is intended for adults preparing for a professional licensing exam. It is not directed to children under 18.
