If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email support@examreal.net within 7 days of buying and we will refund the full amount you paid.
Send an email to support@examreal.net from the address you used at checkout, and include the name on the order if it differs. We usually reply within a few business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card company controls how long it takes to appear, which can be several business days.
When a refund is issued, your access to the Materials ends. Please do not request a refund after studying and then keep using the Materials.
Refund requests made after 7 days are not eligible, with two exceptions that we handle case by case: an accidental duplicate purchase, and a technical problem that prevents you from using the Materials and that we cannot fix.
